"John Sparks replaced Jim Chon, who I had for decades and who was super responsive. I miss Jim who is now retired. I bought a new car two weeks ago. I called John Sparks and the dealer called John Sparks with the vehicle details before I even took delivery of the vehicle. I kept checking my State Farm app and it kept listing my old vehicle. No change was made. Finally, today, I called State Farm corporate and the change was made during my phone call. It took literally 1 minutes. This is not the only issue I have had with John Sparks. He rarely, if ever, returns my phone calls or emails when I have policy questions. Needless to say I am filing a claim with State Farm against him and his poor performance as an agent, plus I will be calling State Farm to change to a new agent. I have life insurance, two autos, homeowners and an umbrella policy. John Sparks does not deserve to make commissions off of my policies. This is the way customer service goes today. John Sparks gets 1 star as a rating and an F for performance and willingness to help me as a client! Goodbye to you John Sparks!"

"Experience included okay quite confusing issue with PennDOT. Omar handled this issue very efficiently and resolved the issue Within 2 days. It only took 2 days because he was waiting for more information on my part. All in all he did really well and the service was great. (This was oct.)
